CSS NRTC 2.0

The Center for Service Support Non-Resident Training Course (CSS NRTC) mobile application offers a variety of rate training courses tailored for administrative and supply community ratings. Additionally, the app provides a range of general skills and training manuals designed for sailors engaged in Customer Service, Enlisted Aides, Educational Services Officers, and all Navy Instructors.

Sailors can access courses and study tools at their convenience, even without an internet connection. Upon reaching a minimum passing score, sailors can submit course completion details, which will be processed and added to their Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ) within 2-4 business days.

Although most NRTCs are primarily geared towards preparing sailors for advancement exams, the inclusion of non-rating specific training manuals makes this app particularly beneficial for those transitioning into specialized roles like Navy Instructor, Educational Services Officer, or Enlisted Aide.
